“互联网+”视野下广东大学生职业核心能力现状及其标志物

摘要 职业核心能力相对于专业核心能力,是社会和个体考量大学生综合素质的显性指标,是学生适应社会并获得可持续发展的复合指征。据对广东省两所高职院校学生的调查研究表明,广东省高职院校师生较为重视学生职业核心能力发展,但调查结果显示,各学校各专业学生各项能力发展水平并不均衡。互联网时代,探析职业核心能力标志物,具有内省和外审的双重价值,也可为学生今后的求职、聘用、职业核心能力培养等工作提供实操依据。 Compared with professional core competence,vocational core competence is the dominant indicator judging thecomprehensive quality of college students by society and individuals.It is also a compound indication for students to adapt tosociety and obtain sustainable development.According to the investigation of students in two higher vocational colleges inGuangdong province,teachers and students in higher vocational college pay more attention to the development of vocationalcore competence of students.However,the investigation results indicate that the level of capability development of students indifferent majors and schools are not balanced.In the Internet age,analyzing vocational core competence indicator is with dualvalue of self -examination and external auditing,and will provide practical basis for students in employment,recruitment,vocational core competence cultivation in the future.
