基于PDM基线功能实现企业租赁管理

随着企业产品逐渐趋于多品种小批量发展,特别是对于大型工程机械类产品,用户对于购买产品的需求并不强烈,而是采用工程租用的方式来完成施工项目。公司同一产品可能会被不同用户租用,或同一用户在不同时段租用同种型号产品的不同配置产品。这样就需要对每台租出产品做好相应信息记录,包括产品结构信息,相关技术文件信息等。本文提出在企业实施产品数据管理PDM的基础上,运用PDM中基线功能实现产品租赁管理,记录每台租出产品的技术状态,有效管理企业产品租赁业务,实现对租赁产品信息的全面追踪,提高企业的业务运行效率,增加企业竞争力。

With the development of enterprises products gradually tending to be more varieties and more small, especially for large engineering machinery products, the demand of the users to buy the product is not strong, to complete construction projects with the method of engineering lease. The same products of the company may be leased by different users, or the same user in different times lease the same type product of different configuration of products. So you need to record the relevant information of each rent out products, including product structure information, relevant technical documents information, etc. In this paper, on the basis of finishing PDM implement, use the baseline function to realize product leasing management, record technical status of each rent out products, effectively manage enterprise product leasing business, achieve full tracking of leasing products information, improve the efficiency of the enterprise's business, increase the enterprise competitiveness.
