医院卫生应急视频平台融入综合视讯系统设计与实践 被引量:5

摘要 为保障突发公共卫生事件信息沟通的灵敏性和指挥下达的时效性,"十二五"期间,国家、省、市、县等四级卫生健康行政部门,以及部分规模较大、承担一定区域内急救任务,或地理位置相对重要的医疗卫生机构,按照《突发公共卫生事件应急指挥视频交换平台项目管理方案》的要求,建成了突发公共卫生事件应急指挥视频交换平台。近年来,随着我国突发事件应急体系建设取得重要进展,防范和应对突发事件综合能力显著提升,全国各级网络舆情和各类突发事件监测预警体系逐步建立,突发公共卫生事件防范能力明显增强,多数医院的卫生应急视频设备利用率低,闲置现象较为普遍。为充分利用现有卫生应急视频平台,增加设备复用率,避免资源浪费,扩充医院综合视讯系统,本文针对医院卫生应急视频平台融入综合视讯系统的设计过程和应用效果进行了阐述。 In order to ensure the sensitivity of the information communication and the timeliness of the command of public health emergencies,during the'Twelfth Five-Year Plan'period,the national,provincial,municipal,county and other four levels of health and health administrative departments,as well as some large-scale,bear a certain area Within the first-aid task,or a medical and health institution with relatively important geographical location,in accordance with the requirements of the Project Management Plan for the Emergency Command Video Exchange Platform for Public Health Emergencies,a video exchange platform for emergency public health emergency command was established.In recent years,with the important progress made in the construction of emergency response system in China,the comprehensive ability to prevent and respond to emergencies has been significantly improved.The network public opinion and various types of emergency monitoring and early warning systems have been gradually established throughout the country,and public health emergencies have been prevented.The ability is obviously enhanced.The utilization rate of health emergency video equipment in most hospitals is low,and the idle phenomenon is more common.In order to make full use of the existing health emergency video platform,increase the equipment reuse rate,avoid resource waste,and expand the hospital integrated video system,this paper expounds the design process and application effect of the hospital health emergency video platform into the integrated video system.
