摘要
针对气体标准物质配置缺少通用性且操作过于复杂的现状,提出一种新型的两级配气技术.采用基于流量控制的动态配气法,利用两级稀释提高稀释比,实现多组分气体的全量程配气,得到一种结构紧凑、体重轻、稀释比大、配气精度和自动化程度高的低浓度两级动态配气系统.
According to the current situation that the gas standard material configuration lacks versatility and is too complex,we put forward a new kind of two-level gas distribution technolo-gy.We adopt dynamic volumetric method based on flow control and the way of two-level dilution to increase dilution ratio,and realize the full range distribution of several groups gas.Finally,we can make a kind of low consistency two-level dynamic distribution system with compact struc-ture,low weight,large dilution ratio,high distribution accuracy and automation degree.
