摘要
为研究新开发的新型组合钢模板的力学性能,制作了5块试验用板,分别进行了四种情况下的破坏性试验,试验得到了每种情况下的最大适用荷载,并对模板的加工改进和使用提出了建议.以框架柱组合模板为例,对其受力状态进行了仿真模拟,得到了合理的柱箍支撑.
Five test formworks were fabricated in order to study the mechanical properties of the new combined steel formwork.Destructive tests were carried out in four cases.The maximum ap-plicable load for each case is obtained.And the suggestion on the improvement and use of the formwork is suggested.With the combination of frame column formwork as an example,ana-logue simulation research of the stress state was conducted,the reasonable support column hoop is obtained.
