艾滋病治愈探索的策略

Strategies of exploration to AIDS cure

由于ART药物无法完全清除HIV病毒,患者需要终身服药。因此,国内外对艾滋病治愈及停药进行了很多探索,但目前报道的唯一实现HIV治愈的病人是通过CCR5Δ32干细胞移植的"柏林病人"。在本文中,我们重点介绍目前国内外对HIV治愈探索的措施。

Since HIV can not be completely cleared by ART, patients need life-long medication. Therefore, there are many explorations in AIDS cure and drug withdrawal, but the only patient reported to achieve HIV cure was the 'Berlin patient' through CCR5Δ 32 stem cell transplantation. In this review, we focused on the domestic and international efforts in the exploration of HIV cure.
