荆门市低档娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病、性病高危行为干预效果 被引量:2

Effects of interventions on high-risk behaviors of AIDS and STD among female sex workers in low-grade entertainment places in Jingmen

摘要 目的了解荆门市低档娱乐场所女性性工作者的人口学特征、艾滋病和性病相关知识和行为;分析低档娱乐场所女性性工作者100%安全套使用干预效果。方法采用个人深入调查的方法,对100名低档娱乐场所女性性工作者进行干预前后访谈。根据项目计划每个月开展一次干预活动。干预前和干预6个月后分别进行健康体检监测,评价干预效果。结果低档娱乐场所女性性工作者以低学历、低年龄和未婚者居多,小学和初中文化程度占97%(97/100),平均年龄24.28岁,未婚比例为72%(72/100)。干预前后高危行为相关知识平均知晓率从55%提高到76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后的高危行为有明显改变,从不使用安全套的比例由干预前的12%下降到干预后的3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后性病发病率降低,淋病感染由干预前的9.0%下降到干预后的1.0%,梅毒现症感染由干预前的11.0%下降到干预后的2.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前最近一个月和干预6个月后最近一个月每次都使用安全套的比例从67%提高到97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 100%安全套使用项目对低档娱乐场所女性性工作者这一特定人群的行为干预工作具有十分重要的意义,干预的种种结果说明,在低档娱乐场所推广高危行为干预,效果显著,切实可行,且行之有效。 Objective To understand the demographic characteristics, AIDS and STD related knowledge and behaviors among female sex workers in low-grade entertainment places in Jingmen city and to evaluate the intervention effect of 100% condom use program for female sex workers in low-end entertainment establishments. Methods Using the method of personal in-depth investigation, 100 female sex workers in low-end entertainment places were interviewed before and after intervention. According to the project plan, a comprehensive intervention was carried out each month. The health check-ups were performed before and 6 months after intervention, to evaluate the intervention effects. Results The female sex workers in low-end entertainment establishments were mainly low-educated, young and unmarried. Education level of primary and junior high school accounted for 97%(97/100). The average age was 24.28 years old. The proportion of unmarried was 72%(72/100). The average awareness rate of knowledge about high-risk behaviors increased from 55% before intervention to 76% after intervention. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were significant changes in high-risk behaviors before and after intervention.The proportion of never-use-condom decreased from 12% before intervention to 3% after intervention and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of venereal diseases decreased after intervention. Gonorrhea infection decreased from 9.0% before intervention to 1.0% after intervention, and syphilis infection decreased from 11.0% before intervention to 2% after intervention. The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The proportion of condom use each time in the last month before intervention and in the last month after 6 months increased from 67% to 97%. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The 100% condom use project was of great significance to the behavior intervention of female sex workers in low-end entertainment places. The result of intervention show that the promotion of high-risk behavior intervention in low-end entertainment places was feasible and effective.
