高效低温型工业除油剂的研制

Development of High Efficiency and Low Temperature Type Industrial Oil Removing Agent

通过大量表面活性剂筛选,选择除油能力较强的四种表面活性剂LAS、A9、AEO-9、168,以碳酸钠、有机溶剂(自制)、乌洛托品、EDTA-2Na为助剂,研制了一种高效低温型工业除油剂,并对除油剂进行了检测,所有指标均符合JB/T4323,2-1999标准。并将用本课题研制的高效低温型工业除油剂应用在抚顺天融化工原料有限公司化工设备表面油污的清洗上,解决了该公司去除表面油污遇到的问题,如除油剂使用温度高,除油剂腐蚀强等。本文研制的高效低温型工业除油剂除油能力强,对使用者无影响,价格低廉,可以代替国内除油剂产品。目前,本试验研制的高效低温型工业除油剂已经被抚顺天融化工原料有限公司采用并实现了工业化。

Developed a kind of low temperature and high efficiency industrial oil removing agent and the oil removing agent were detected,all indicators are in line with JB/T4323,2 1999 standard. The LAS,A9,AEO- 9,168 for surface active agent,sodium carbonate,organic solvent( homemade),urotropine,EDTA- 2Na as additives. And will be used for the subject development of high efficiency and low temperature type industrial except oil agent used in Fushun Tianrong chemical raw material Co.,Ltd. for chemical equipment surface greasy dirt cleaning to solve the the company removes surface oil encountered problems,such as,in addition to the oil agent used in high temperature,in addition to strong corrosion of oil agent. In this paper,the high efficiency and low temperature type industrial oil removing agent has no influence on the users,and the price is low,so it can replace the domestic oil removing agent product. At present,the high efficiency and low temperature type industrial oil removing agent has been adopted by Fushun Tian Rong chemical raw material Co.,Ltd.
