摘要 根据国标使用钼蓝比色法测定总磷浓度的基本原理,探索了磷钼蓝比色法在快速测定磷铜合金中磷含量过程中的具体应用。摸索了具体的测试分析实验方法和步骤,得到了磷标准溶液浓度-吸光值对照数据表并绘制了工作曲线图,给出了样品测试与浓度计算的公式及结果评价要求,并分析总结了应用磷钼蓝比色法快速测定磷铜合金中磷含量研究的注意事项和相关经验结论。 According to the national standard use molybdenum blue colorimetric method for the determination of total phosphorus concentration in the basic principle,explore the phosphorus molybdenum blue colorimetric method in rapid determination of phosphorus content in copper alloy in the process of application. Trying to find out the specific test analysis method and process of the experiment,the phosphorus concentration of standard solution- light absorption value control data sheet and drawing of the working curve,gives the requirements of sample testing and concentration calculation formulas and the results of evaluation,analysis and summary of the application of phosphorus molybdenum blue colorimetric method for rapid determination of phosphorus content in copper alloys,matters needing attention and experience conclusion.
