摘要
采用直接固体进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(SS-GF AAS)测定纺织品中的重金属元素镉。结果表明:方法的回收率在99.6%~104.0%之间,重复性相对标准偏差RSD为7.6%,检出限为0.17ng。与微波消解法比较,该方法操作简便,分析时间短,减少了腐蚀性试剂的使用。
A method for the determination of heavy metal cadmium in textiles was developed by solid sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( SS- GF AAS). The recovery of the test method ranged from 99. 6% to 104. 0%,the repeatability of the relative standard deviation is 7. 61%,and the limit of detection is 0. 17 ng. Compared with the method of microwave digestion,it is simple,time saving,and reduces the use of corrosive reagent.
