摘要
以滁州市龙飞化工的甲醇制甲醛工艺为背景,运用Aspen Plus进行模拟,模拟结果与工厂现场数据接近,表明可以通过模拟软件成功实现对该工艺的模拟,为进一步对工艺的优化改造奠定基础。
Aspen Plus was used to simulate the process of methanol to formaldehyde about the company of Chuzhou Longfei Chemial. The simulation results closed to actual production. Therefore,the process of methanol to formaldehyde could be successfully simulated by simulation software. The simulation could be useful for future optimization and transformation about the process of methanol to formaldehyde.
