摘要
针对冲压板材的斑点和麻坑等质量缺陷,设计了新型氧化铁皮清除装置,达到了在冷轧薄钢板的生产过程中进一步清除残留氧化皮的目的,提高了冲压件的产品质量。而且可以推广到镁合金板带、铝合金板带的精整生产线的前处理,用于去除氧化皮和毛刺等缺馅。
According to the quality defects of sheet metal stamping spots and hemp pit design novel tin oxide removal device,reached in the production process of cold rolled steel sheet further removed residual oxide skin,improve the quality of stamping products. And can be extended to the magnesium alloy plate,aluminum alloy plate with finishing the finishing line,for the removal of oxide and burr,etc.
