浅析高校参与下的中学化学教师研修共同体

摘要 化学教师研修共同体是中学化学教师专业发展的新模式。化学教师共同体除了具有共同体组成的自愿性、成员关系的平等、相互合作与分享等性质以外,还具有学科性、实践性、教研性与合作性的特点。中学化学教师的思想理念会直接或间接地影响其对外部世界以及对自己的看法,高校参与下的中学化学教师研修共同体的构建,需从理念等视角探究有效发展策略与途径,构架取向包括:建立终身学习理念,学会合作与分享,和建立有效沟通平台。 The chemistry teacher training community is a new model of middle school chemistry teachers ' professional development. Chemistry teacher community in addition to voluntary, equality, cooperation and sharing, still have the characteristics of discipline,practice,teaching research,and cooperation. The concept of high school chemistry teachers will directly or indirectly affect the views to the outside world and themselves. Constructing the training community with college and high school chemistry teachers,needs to explore effective development strategies and approaches from the perspective of philosophy. The taking framework includes to establish the concept of lifelong learning,learn to cooperate and share,and establish effective communication platform.
