SW6软件在《化工设备机械基础》课程教学中的应用

Application of SW6 Software in Teaching of the Foundation of Chemical Equipment and Machinery

《化工设备机械基础》是化学工程专业一门重要的专业必修课,对学生今后从事化工设备的设计、制造、检测和维护等相关工作有重要作用。为提高学生对《化工设备机械基础》课程学习的积极性和主动性,笔者将设计单位中常用的设备设计SW6软件引入到学生的课堂教学环节。本文以板式塔设计举例说明SW6在课堂教学中的应用过程。教学实践表明,SW6软件的使用可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的设计能力,从而起到良好的课堂教学效果。

The Foundation of Chemical Equipment and Machinery is an important compulsory course in chemical engineering,which plays an important role in designing,manufacturing,testing and maintenance of chemical equipment for students. To improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative for Foundation of Chemical Equipment and Machinery course,make students will closely combines theory with engineering practice,in the course of teaching equipment design phase,the author introduced the common equipment design software SW6 into the classroom teaching of students,and achieved good classroom teaching effect. This paper illustrates the application of SW6 in classroom teaching with the example of plate tower design. The teaching practice shows that the use of SW6 software can stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their design ability.
