高分子材料与工程专业应用型人才培养模式的探讨——以武夷学院为例

Discussion on the Cultivation Model of Applied Talents in Polymer Materials and Engineering Major——Based on Wuyi University

为了培养更符合社会及教育发展需求的应用型人才,以武夷学院高分子材料与工程专业为例,提出了人才培养模式改革的几个方向:多学科交叉融合模式的引入、产学研合作平台的搭建、创新创业教育模式的辅助及应用型教师队伍的完善。上述几种培养模式的介入有利于提高闽北地区地方高校高分子材料与工程专业应用型人才的创新培养。

In order to develop more in line with the applied talents of social and education development needs,Several directions of personnel training mode reform are proposed in wuyi university of polymer materials and engineering,included the introduction of interdisciplinary fusion model,establishment of cooperation platform for industry-university-institute cooperation,the auxiliary of inovation and entrepreneurship of education model and the perfection of the applied teacher team. The above training modes can help to improve the innovative training of applied talents in polymer materials and engineering major of local universities in northern fujian.
