摘要
本研究以茶皂素为天然植物原料,与阴离子表面活性剂AES、MES和非离子表面活性剂APG复配,柠檬酸、CMC、6501为助剂,共同制备得到茶皂素洗涤剂。通过复配实验得到各组分的配比为茶皂素4%~6%、AES 5%~9%、MES 4%~6%、APG 2%~3%、柠檬酸2%~4%、CMC 3%~5%、6501 2%~4%、其余为去离子水。实验结果表明,茶皂素洗涤剂的稳定性和起泡性能较好,pH值和粘度适中,洗毛后残脂率为0.79%,白度为43.07,且生物降解性好,与目前市售产品相比,具备一定优势。
In this study,Tea saponin detergent was prepared by using tea saponin as natural plant material,mixed with anionic surfactant AES,MES and nonionic surfactant APG,and citric acid,CMC,6501 as adjuvant. The ratio of each component was 4%~6% of tea saponin,5%~9% of AES,4%~6% of MES,2%~3% of APG,2%~4% of citric acid,3%~5% of CMC,2%~4% of 6501,and the others are deionized water. The results showed that the stability and foaming power of tea saponin detergent were good,pH value and viscosity were moderate,the fat and oil content after scouring wool was 0.79%,and whiteness was 43.07. The biodegradability is also good. And it has the advantages compared with the current market products,.
