固化条件对OBSH/蒙脱土复合发泡剂环氧树脂发泡效果的影响

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法将4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)与钠基蒙脱土复合,制备OBSH复合发泡剂并用于环氧树脂中进行发泡。探究固化剂种类、固化剂用量以及固化温度对发泡材料泡孔密度、泡孔尺寸及泡孔分布的影响。研究表明:以乙二胺作为固化剂,固化剂用量为8%,固化温度为80℃时为复合发泡剂在环氧树脂中最优的固化条件,在此条件下发泡材料泡孔尺寸可以达到80μm以下,泡孔尺寸分布均匀。 OBSH composite foaming agent was prepared by sol-gel method using 4,4-oxobenzene sulfonylhydrazide(OBSH) and sodium montmorillonite for foaming in epoxy resin.The effects of curing agent type, curing agent dosage and curing temperature on cell density, cell size and cell distribution were discussed.The results show that the optimal curing conditions of the composite foaming agent in the epoxy resin with ethylenediamine as the curing agent and the curing agent are 8% and the curing temperature is 80℃.Under this condition, the foam cell size about 80μm and the cells size distribution evenly.
