摘要 为了改性市面上常见的乙二醇-水型防冻液基础液,主要研究了丙三醇、1,2-丙二醇,乙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、二甘醇等防冻剂对防冻液基础液冰点的影响,通过单因素实验、正交试验得到防冻液基础液最佳配方。实验结果表明:配方为乙二醇34%、乙二醇甲醚2.5%、丙二醇甲醚8.5%、丙三醇0.5%、蒸馏水54.5%时,防冻液基础液冰点达到了-31.6℃,与改性前相比降低了有机物总含量,同时降低了基础液冰点。 In order to modify the common ethylene glycol-water antifreeze base liquid on the market,antifreeze agents such as glycerol,1,2-propanediol,ethylene glycol methyl ether,propylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol were mainly studied. The optimum formula of the antifreeze base fluid was obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The experimental results show that the formula is ethylene glycol 34%,ethylene glycol methyl ether 2.5%,propylene glycol methyl ether 8.5%,glycerol 0.5%,distilled water 54.5%,the antifreeze base liquid freezing point reaches-31.6℃ and modified Compared with the previous period,the total organic matter content is lowered,and the base liquid freezing point is lowered.
