空气隔断连续流动分析法同时测定有机肥料中的氮磷钾

摘要 建立了测定同时测定有机肥料中氮磷钾的空气隔断连续流动分析法,样品的氮相对标准偏差最高为2.54%,磷相对标准偏差最高为1.98%,钾相对标准偏差最高为3.73%,氮回收率在97.6%~102.4%之间,磷回收率在97.3%~103.1%之间,钾回收率在96.8%~103.3%之间;本法相对NY525-2012《有机肥料》农业部标准测定方法而言操作简便、快速、准确度高,特别适合于大批量有机肥料样品中氮磷钾含量检测。 The method for continuous flow analysis of air separation was established for simultaneous determination of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in organic fertilizers. The highest standard deviation of nitrogen in samples was 2.54 %, the highest standard deviation of phosphorus was 1.98%, and the highest standard deviation of potassium was 3.73%. The nitrogen recovery rate is between 97.6% and 102.4%, the phosphorus recovery rate is between 97.3% and 103.1%, and the potassium recovery rate is between 96.8% and 103.3%.Compared with NY 525-2012 'Organic Fertilizer' standard measurement method of the Ministry of Agriculture, this method is simple, fast, and high in accuracy. It is particularly suitable for the detection of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content in a large number of organic fertilizer samples.
