金黄色葡萄球菌定性实验的两种方法比较

Comparison of Two Methods of Qualitative Experiment of Staphylococcus Aureus

金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)是一种常见的致病菌,可引起许多感染,在生物、医药和食品卫生检验中是重要的检查项目。本实验采用GB 4789.10-2010第一法和微生物自动鉴定仪器两种方法对样品A中的金黄色葡萄球菌进行了定性实验,并就检验过程、时间、准确性等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明两种方法都能够有效进行金黄色葡萄球菌的定性分析,但使用微生物自动鉴定仪更为便捷有效。

Staphylococcus aureus is a kind of common pathogenic bacterium that causes many infections and is an important test in biological,pharmaceutical and food hygiene tests.In this experiment,we use two method to test the existence of S.aureus in sample A.The first is the method of GB 4789.10 2010 first and the other one by using VITEK 2 Compact.The results show that both methods can effectively carry out the qualitative analysis of staphylococcus aureus,but it is more convenient and effective to use microbiological automatic identification instrument.
