摘要
采用离子色谱法测定发电厂锅炉水汽中痕量钠离子含量,水样经过Metrosep C PCC1 HC/4.0浓缩柱在线富集,C4 Guard/4.0保护柱及C6-150/4.0分析柱,以硝酸溶液为淋洗液进行洗脱,采用非抑制电导器检测离子强度信号。钠离子的质量浓度在0.10~25.00μg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数0.99992,检出限为0.03μg/L。该方法用于发电厂锅炉水质中钠离子的测定,加标回收率在90%~110%之间。
The content of sodium in water and steam at power plant was determined by ion chromatography with sample introduction of large volumes. In the system,on-line column Metrosep C PCC1 HC/4.0 was applied for preconcentration,the protective column C4 Guard/4.0 and separation column C6-150/4.0 were used for separation,and HNO3 solution was employed as eluent. Non-inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of sodium was kept in the range of 0.10~25.00 μg/L with correlation coefficient 0.99992,and the limits of detection is 0.03 μg/L. The proposed method was applied to determination of sodium for water and steam at power plant,values of recovery found by standard addition method was in the range of 90%~110%.
