摘要
针对地方本科院校《食品微生物学实验》实践教学中存在的问题,从以下几个方面探讨如何改革和建设实践教学的课程体系:优化课程建设、改革教学模式和考核方式、建设师资队伍等方面进行改革和研究;以用人单位的实际需求为核心目标,进行教学改革探索,旨在培养高素质应用型专业人才。
This paper aims to handle problems in practical teaching of Food Microbiology Experiment in local undergraduate colleges,with discussions on how to reform and develop the curriculum of practical teaching.Specific reform and research contents are as follows: optimizing curriculum development,reforming teaching mode and assessment methods,and building a faculty team,etc. Teaching reform shall be explored based on the core goal to meet the actual needs of employers,in a bid to cultivate high-quality applied professionals.
