高校大型仪器面向社会开放培训的实践

Practice of Large Scale Instruments in College for Social Opening Training

阐述了大型仪器在目前培训市场中的需求,分析了大型仪器面向社会开放培训中面临的主要问题。提出了高校通过摸索建立适应面向社会开放培训的机制:建立校协合作、校企合作等途径,主动适应社会服务对象需求。这样使大型仪器在满足校内教学需求的前提下,面向社会开放培训,进而体现出高校教学服务型大学定位,走出一条差异化道路。

Requirements of large-scale instruments in the training market were expounded,and the major problems faced by large-scale instruments in open training for the society also were analyzed.We put forward that colleges should to adapt themselves to the social open training mechanism by setting up the ways of school and association’s cooperative,school and enterpri-ses’ s cooperative.School should adapt themselves to the demands of social service objects. In this way,large-scale equipment could meet the needs of school teaching,open training for the society,and then reflect the orientation of teaching and service in colleges,and go out of a differentiated road.
