摘要 青年教师是高校发展的生力军,是高校改革和发展的希望。青年教师的培养是高校非常重要的任务,决定着高校未来发展水平和层次。广东石油化工学院是一所以培养"应用型高级专业人才"为己任的工科院校,是广东省高水平理工科大学建设高校。理工科教师的科研水平对学生科学素养的提高有着较大的影响。本文通过对本校理工类青年教师科研中存在的问题进行分析,提出组建以青年教师为核心力量的青年教师研究团队的培养模式,为本校青年教师科研能力的提升提供参考,为本科生科研能力的培养,硕士点的申报以及高水平理工科大学的建设贡献应有的力量。 Young teachers are the vital force for the development and innovation of universities. The cultivation of young teachers is a very important task for universities,which determines their future development levels. Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology(GDUPT) is one of the engineering universities that cultivates 'application-oriented senior professionals' and aims to the high-level science and engineering university in Guangdong Province. The scientific ability of young teachers in science and engineering field has a great influence on the training of students. To provide a reference for the improvement of the scientific ability of young teachers,to facilitate the cultivation of the undergraduates,and to make a contribution on the application of master degree program and the construction of the high-level science and engineering university,the author proposes to construct a new training team,viz.,'young teachers’ innovation team',taken the young teachers as the core members,based on the analysis of the main problems existing in young teachers in GDUPT.
