摘要
本文基于PROⅡ工艺软件,以胜利油田高89区块31号计量站CO_2驱采出气为研究对象,采用聚砜膜为研究建立1000 Nm^3/d分离规模的单级膜计算模型进行仿真计算,以压缩机二级压缩压力、进膜气体温度、膜面积、渗透侧排气压力(增压或抽真空)为工艺变量,计算对渗透侧和高压侧产品的影响规律。结果表明在二级压缩压力1.6 kPa、进膜气体温度40℃、渗透侧排气压力0.2 kPa时达到最佳工艺参数,综合性能好,膜材料应用最少(膜面积45 m^2),渗透侧分离效果、CO_2浓度、CO_2收率与高压侧分离效果、烃类浓度、烃类收率、烃类热值均为最优。
In this paper,PRO Ⅱ process software was used to study the CO2 flooding produced gas at No.31 metering station in Gao 89 block of Shengli Oilfield.Taking the polysulfone membrane which is widely used as the research tool,a single-stage membrane calculation model with a separation scale of 1000 Nm3/d was established to simulate and calculate.The effects of secondary compression pressure,inlet gas temperature,film area,and osmotic exhaust pressure(supercharge or vacuum) on the osmotic side and high-pressure side products were calculated.The results show that the optimal process parameters are achieved at the secondary compression pressure of 1.6 kPa,the inlet gas temperature of 40℃,and the infiltration side exhaust pressure of 0.2 kPa.The comprehensive performance is good,and the membrane material is the least used(membrane area of 45 m2).The results of osmotic side separation,CO2 concentration,CO2 yield and high pressure side separation,hydrocarbon concentration,hydrocarbon yield and hydrocarbon calorific value were all optimal.
