摘要
对比研究了添加BDO废水制备水煤浆前后浆体性能、灰熔融温度及气化反应性的差异,从而探究利用水煤浆技术处理BDO废水的可行性。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,采用水煤浆技术处理BDO废水是可行的;BDO废水的加入会导致浆体粘度增大,在添加量大于2%时,浆体流动性变差,最高成浆浓度有降低的趋势;但废水的加入对浆体灰熔融温度影响较小,对气化反应变化趋势无明显影响,但能一定程度上降低气化反应速率。
The differences of slurry properties,ash melting temperature and gasification reactivity before and after adding BDO wastewater to prepare CWS were studied,so as to explore the feasibility of using CWS technology to treat BDO wastewater.The results show that it is feasible to treat BDO wastewater by using coal water slurry technology within a certain range.The addition of BDO wastewater will lead to the increase of slurry viscosity.When the addition amount is more than 2%,the slurry fluidity becomes worse and the maximum slurry concentration tends to decrease.However,the addition of wastewater has little effect on the melting temperature of the slurry ash,and has no significant effect on the change trend of the gasification reaction,but it can reduce the gasification reaction rate to a certain extent.
