摘要
以猴肝微粒体为酶源,通过生物合成方法实现了N-正丁基-4-羟基-1,8-萘酰亚胺向N-正丁基-4-羟基-1,8-萘酰亚胺葡萄糖醛酸苷的高效生物转化,同时借助阴离子固相萃取技术实现了目标产物的高效制备,最终获得纯度大于95%的目标产物,其结构通过LC-MS,~1H NMR和^(13)C NMR进行了表征。
Monkey liver microsomes was used to bio-transform N-butyl-4-hydroxy-1,8-naphthalimide,in order to efficiently prepare N-butyl-4-hydroxy-1,8-naphthalimide-β-D-glucuronide.A solid phase extraction column was applied to enrich,separate and purify the product.Finally,the product with 95%purification was obtained,and identified by LC-MS,H NMR和13C NMR.
