摘要
采用"两次萃取、两次酯化"技术替代传统工艺的萃取液在粗蒸馏过程中同时完成酯化技术,并对萃取级数对萃取率的影响、催化剂用量和反应温度对酯化率的影响、酯化真空度对反应时间的影响等进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺参数,粗馏原料浓度提高了22个百分点,缩短了粗馏时间,提高了产能。
The technology of'Twice Extraction and Twice Esterification'was used to replace the traditional extraction solution in crude distillation,and the effects of extraction series on extraction rate,amount of catalyst and reaction temperature on esterification rate and vacuum degree of esterification on reaction time were studied.The optimum process was determined.The concentration of crude distillate increased by 22 percentage points,the crude distillation time was shortened and the productivity was increased.
