摘要
本文以粉煤灰和丙烯酰胺为主要原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂和N,N,N',N'-四甲基乙二胺氧化还原体系,交联剂为N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,采用氧化还原体系-水溶液法,室温下制备出一种性能优良的聚丙烯酰胺/粉煤灰吸水性复合材料。通过单因素和正交试验研究了粉煤灰用量、丙烯酰胺用量、引发剂和交联剂对复合材料吸水性能的影响。利用SEM分析对吸水性复合材料进行了表征。通过电镜照片可见粉煤灰在复合材料中分散均匀,与树脂具有较好的亲和性,材料复合效果良好,具有潜在的工业应用价值。
This article using the flyash,acrylamide as the primary materials.N,N,N’,N’-4-ethylenediamine and potassium persulfate as initiator,N,N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinker,novel poly(acrylamide)/flyash absorbent composite with good water absorbency was synthesized by redox system/water solution polymerization.The absorbent composite was characterized by SEM.The effects of the amount of flyash,the amount of AM,initiator and crosslinker on the water absorbency of were investigated,and optimum polymerization conditions were obtained.
