Application and Prospect of ASE in Determination of Pesticide Residues and Veterinary Drug Residues

在针对复杂基质样品中,农兽药残留的检测中前处理技术是样品分析过程中关键的一步。加速溶剂萃取技术具有操作简便,使用溶剂少、提取效率高、萃取操作完全自动化等特点,已广泛应用于食品、环境等分析领域。本文阐述了快速溶剂萃取技术的基本原理,综述了近几年快速溶剂萃取技术在农兽药残留检测中的应用,并对其发展的前景进行了展望。

In the determination of pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in the complicated matrix samples,the pretreatment technique is very important.Accelerated solvent extraction(ASE)had been widely used in food,environment and other fields because of its advantages of easy to operate,less solvent,high-efficient extraction and automatic in the extraction procedures.In this paper,the basic theory of ASE was introduced,and the applications of ASE on the analysis of pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues were summarized.Furthermore,the development prospect of ASE was also introduced.
