危险废物焚烧处理工艺冷却系统应用

摘要 危险废物焚烧系统的正常运行依靠冷却系统的有效与稳定。空冷和水冷是冷却系统最为常见的换热形式,两种结构方式的区别主要在于换热效果、运行维护、经济与环保性等。同时,在危险废物实际处理运行环境下,冷却系统又会产生泄露、腐蚀、微生物滋生等多种异常情况,严重影响工艺的正常运行。对此,一方面需要加强合理的监测,另一方面需要进行行之有效的控制。 The normal operation of the hazardous waste incineration system depends on the effectiveness and stability of the cooling system.Air cooling and water cooling are the most common forms for heat transfer in systems.The differences between them mainly include the efficiency for heat transfer,operation and maintenance,economy and environmental protection,etc.At the same time,by the actual treatment of hazardous waste,the cooling system would produce some abnormal conditions such as leakage,corrosion,microbial breeding and so on,seriously affecting the normal operation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the reasonable monitoring and carry out the effective control as well.
