MTO装置低温介质泵管道设计

Piping Design of Cryogenic Medium Pump for MTO Unit

泵作为石油化工装置中流体输送的主要机械之一,是保证装置正常运转的重要设备。MTO装置中由于其产品烯烃需要在低温状态下进行输送,用到大量的低温介质泵。本文以某厂100万t/a DMTO装置塔回流泵的配管设计为例,对低温介质泵的平面布置、进出口及辅助管道走向布置以及管道支架布置等方面进行一些总结和探讨。

As one of the main machinery for fluid transportation in petrochemical units,pumps are important equipments that ensure the unit operating normally.In the MTO unit,lots of cryogenic medium pumps are used because the olefin products need to be transported at a low temperature.taking the piping design of 1 MMTA DMTO unit tower return pump as an example,the paper summarizes and discusses the layout of the cryogenic medium pump,the layout of the inlet and outlet and the auxiliary piping,and the arrangement of piping support.
