摘要
随着现代社会对石化产品种类、质量需求的变化,我国石化行业的发展迅猛,在新建项目不断涌现的同时,对原有的石油化工装置进行改造也越来越多。连接装置、罐区等之间的管廊配套管线也随之升级改造。鉴于改造项目的特殊性,支吊架对管线是否可以安全稳定运行的重要性更为突出。本文首先介绍了管线支吊架的种类,以工程实例为抓手着重阐述了管线挠度计算对支吊架选用的影响。力求通过工程设计的精细化,在满足管线安全运行的前提下,有效降低工程的建设费用。
With the changes in the types and quality of petrochemical products in modern society,China’s petrochemical industry has been developing rapidly.While new projects are constantly emerging,more and more petrochemical plants are being transformed.The pipes and pipelines between the connecting device and the tank area are also upgraded.In view of the particularity of the reconstruction project,the importance of the support hanger to the safe and stable operation of the pipeline is more prominent.In this paper,the types of pipeline hanger are introduced firstly,and the influence of deflection calculation on the selection of pipeline hanger is emphatically expounded by taking engineering example as the gripper.The construction cost of the project is reduced effectively on the premise of satisfying the safety operation of pipeline.
