摘要
核磁共振谱仪是高校教学、科研及技术开发的重要设备,为了能够让师生共同参与、最大限度地提高仪器的利用效率,我院核磁共振实验室由专人管理模式向实验室开放模式转变,根据我院实验室建设情况,在基本实验室制度的基础上优化开放制度,构建自主测试系统,对开放实践过程中遇到的问题进行总结,以推进我院400M核磁共振实验室开放效率最大化。
Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is an important equipment for teaching,scientific research and Technological Development in Colleges and universities.In order to enable teachers and students to participate in and maximize the utilization efficiency of the instrument,the nuclear magnetic resonance laboratory in our institute has been transformed from a specialist management model to an open laboratory model.According to the laboratory construction situation in our institute,the open system has been optimized on the basis of the basic laboratory system and self-construction has been carried out.The main test system summarizes the problems encountered in the process of open practice in order to maximize the open efficiency of our 400 M NMR laboratory.
