摘要
高等教育是国家发展的大计。高校"青椒"作为高等教育的建设者和主力军,其成长发展关系到国家教育事业的兴衰存亡。本文首先深度剖析了高校"青椒"的现实发展状况,指出其当前所面临的困境,并提出从提升待遇、搭建成长平台和完善考核机制三方面出发,构建合理高效的激励机制,助力高校"青椒"又好又快发展。
Higher education proves the key to national development.As the main force for higher education construction,college youth teachers determine the rise and decline of our country.In this paper,we firstly analyze the current status of college young teachers,and point out the main dilemmas of them.Based on this,it is proposed to construct effective incentive mechanism from the perspective of improving treatment,building developing platform and perfecting assessing mechanism,which is aimed to boost rapid development of college young teachers.
