摘要 在Fe/Mn/Ce/Al_2O_3催化剂与H_2O_2构建的非均相类芬顿催化体系内对化工综合废水的处理效果进行了研究,通过实验考察反应时间、反应初始pH、H_2O_2投加浓度等因素对化工综合废水处理效果的影响,并通过连续进出水实验验证该芬顿催化剂对废水处理效果的长效性。实验确定最佳反应条件:反应时间120min,溶液pH值=3.0~9.0,H_2O_2浓度为3‰。在最佳反应条件下,该非均相类芬顿催化体系对化工综合废水的处理效果能保持3个月以上。 A research on the treating effect of chemical industry waste water by Catalytic system composed of Fe/Mn/Ce/Al2O3 catalyst and H2O2 heterogeneous catalyst was conducted.The research tested some factors that influence the waste water treatment,including reaction time,feed concentration of pH and H2 O2 at the beginning,etc.And the continuous flow-water experiment can verify fenton catalyst’s long-acting on the treatment of wasted water.The optimum reaction conditions,according to the experiment,are 120 minutes’reaction time,pH=3.0~9.0 and H2O2 with the concentration of 3‰.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the treating effect of industry waste water by heterogeneous catalytic system can matain at least three months.
