某矿煤自燃程序升温实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on programmed temperature increase of spontaneous combustion of coal in a mine

摘要 通过对某煤矿煤样的热重分析实验,对该煤矿煤样进行热重实验,分析实验结果,得出该煤矿煤样一系列特征温度。通过煤自燃程序升温实验得到了指标气体及其比值与温度的变化关系,因煤本身吸附烷烃量的不同和吸附烷烃释放时间的不同,CH_4浓度的变化及链烷比(C_2H_6/CH_4)比值变化较大,不宜选用CH_4和C_2H_6/CH_4作为该煤矿煤自燃预警指标。结合热重实验的特征温度、表征参数和程序升温的温度阶段、表征参数,分析汇总得到了煤自燃程序升温过程中的特征温度与其气体表征对应关系。 Through the thermogravimetric analysis experiment of a coal sample in a coal mine,the thermogravimetric experiment of the coal sample in the coal mine was carried out,and the experimental results were analyzed,and a series of characteristic temperatures of the coal sample in the coal mine were obtained.The relationship between the index gases and their ratios and temperature was obtained through the temperature programmed heating experiment of coal spontaneous combustion.Because of the difference of the amount of alkanes adsorbed by coal itself and the release time of alkanes adsorbed,the change of CH4 concentration and the ratio of chain alkanes(C2H6/CH4)changed greatly.CH4 and C2H6/CH4 should not be selected as the early warning indicators of coal spontaneous combustion in this coal mine.Combining with the characteristic temperature,characterization parameters,temperature stage and characterization parameters of thermogravimetric experiments,the corresponding relationship between the characteristic temperature and gas characterization in the process of programmed temperature rise of coal spontaneous combustion was analyzed and summarized.
