摘要
针对某矿22110厚煤顶大断面开切眼的支护难题,综合运用现场调研、文献检索、理论分析等研究方法,探析特殊地质生产条件下的围岩变形特点,进而设计了开切眼锚杆索综合支护方案。实践表明,该支护方案实施后,巷道顶底板移近量、两帮移近量、顶板离层值均得到了有效的控制,实现了厚顶煤大断面开切眼的有效支护,同时对于提高掘进及支护效率有极大改善,技术经济效益显著。
Aiming at the support problem of large cross-section open-cut in 22110 thick coal roof of a mine,the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock under special geological production conditions are analyzed by using the methods of field investigation,literature search and theoretical analysis.Then the comprehensive support scheme of bolt and cable for open-cut is designed.Practice shows that after the implementation of this support scheme,the roof and floor approaching quantity,two sides approaching quantity and roof separation value of roadway have been effectively controlled,and the effective support of large cross-section openings in thick roof coal has been realized.At the same time,the efficiency of excavation and support has been greatly improved,and the technical and economic benefits are remarkable.
