摘要
测定地表水中氟化物主要目的在于确定水中含氟量,现如今离子色谱法已经在地表水、饮用水中氟化物测定得到了广泛应用。针对离子色谱法测定地表水中氟化物的方法进行分析,首先阐述了离子色谱法中使用材料和具体方法,其次分析了水样采集、水样保存、水样成份、实验用水等方面常见影响因素,最后从淋洗液的组成、流速、电导池温度分析使用离子色谱仪测定过程对氟化物的影响。
The main purpose of fluoride determination in surface water is to determine the fluoride content in water.Nowadays,ion chromatography has been widely used in the determination of fluoride in surface water and drinking water.In this paper,the method of determining fluoride in surface water by ion chromatography is analyzed.Firstly,the materials and specific methods used in ion chromatography are described.Secondly,the common influencing factors such as water sample collection,water sample preservation,water sample composition and experimental water are analyzed.Finally,the influence of the determination process on fluoride was analyzed by ion chromatography from the composition of eluent,flow rate and temperature of conductivity cell.
