分析了煤制甲醇装置的主要危险物料及潜在危险类型,并剖析了甲醇生产装置可能事故原因及后果,并在此基础上,从事故应急响应(救援)分析及主要事故种类的具体应急措施两方面提出了甲醇生产装置事故应急对策。

In this paper,the main hazardous materials and potential hazard types of methanol production plant are analyzed,and the possible accident causes and consequences of methanol production unit are analyzed.The emergency countermeasures of methanol production unit are put forward from the analysis of emergency response(rescue)and the specific emergency measures of the main types of accidents.
