摘要
文章以某型号牵引车为例,进行整车吊具的设计,利用ANSYSWorkbench软件进行吊具的强刚度特性分析,并基于分析结果对吊具进行优化。通过实际的吊装试验及应用,结果表明该吊具的设计有效可行。
In this paper, a lifting tool for a certain type of tractor was designed. The strength and stiffness of the lifting tool were analysed by using ANSYSWorkbench software. The lifting tool was optimized by using the analysis results. The design of lifting tool was effective and feasible by practical examination and application.
