摘要
GH135钢具有优良的高温强度、热稳定性及抗热疲劳性,主要用于制造发动机内部零部件,处于交变载荷和腐蚀介质等工作环境中,因此磨削表面完整性对GH135钢疲劳强度的影响非常大。本文从残余应力、加工硬化、表面粗糙度三个方面具体分析了其各自对GH135钢的单一影响及其综合影响。
GH135 steel with excellent high temperature strength,thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance, is used primarily for the manufacture of internal engine parts in alternating loads and corrosive media, so the grinding surface integrity has great impact on GH135 Fatigue Strength. This paper analyzed respective impact and combined impact of the residual stress, work hardening and surface roughness on GH135 steel.
