摘要
以CBN/纳米硬质合金复合材料为磨削对象,采用两种不同粒度号的树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,对CBN/纳米硬质合金复合材料进行平面磨削加工。合理选择高精度磨床,利用测力仪、电子扫描显微镜和表面粗糙度仪等设备搭接实验平台,通过磨削参数的设定,测量不同磨削参数下的磨削力和表面形貌特征,以期为后续研究CBN/纳米硬质合金复合材料磨削机理和优化磨削工艺参数提供依据。
The CBN/cemented carbide composites are taken as grinding objects. Two kinds of resin-bonded diamond wheel are used to grinding CBN/cemented carbide composites. Through choosing high precision grinding machine,the use of dynamometer, electronic scanner microscope and surface profilometer,t he experimental platform has been established. This paper provided basis for the studies of grinding CBN/cemented carbide composites and optimizing the grinding parameters.
