摘要
用于井下动力钻具的PDC轴承,工作在高载荷、高转速及高研磨性钻井液的恶劣环境,会使PDC复合片温度因摩擦而快速升高,如不能及时冷却,就会导致复合片热失效。本文应用ABAQUS软件对PDC轴承进行摩擦生热分析,得到PDC复合片上易发生热失效的位置的在其边缘。
PDC bearings for underground power drilling tools, working in high-load, high-speed and high grinding drilling fluid harsh environment, will PDC composite film temperature due to friction and rapid rise, if not timely cooling, will lead to Composite sheet heat failure. In this paper, the ABCQUS software is used to analyze the friction and heat generation of the PDC bearing, and the position of the PDC composite sheet which is prone to thermal failure is obtained.
