摘要 为了抑制聚苯乙烯板在燃烧过程中出现产烟量大、熔滴等问题,本文以氯氧镁水泥为主阻燃剂,研究氯氧镁水泥摩尔比对聚苯乙烯性能的影响,并通过真空浸渍法将其浸渍于聚苯乙烯泡沫板的缝隙中,形成一种新型的、成本低廉的、高性能的阻燃级聚苯乙烯泡沫板。对聚苯乙烯泡沫板的阻燃性能、抗拉强度和密度进行分析,结果表明,当氯氧镁水泥中n(MgO):n(MgCl_2·6H_2O)为7:1,聚苯乙烯泡沫板的LOI值可达30.9%,密度和抗拉强度分别为0.07491g/cm^3和0.0552MPa。 In order to suppress the problem of large amount of smoke and droplets in the process of combustion of polystyrene plates, the effect of molar ratio of magnesium oxychloride cement on the properties of polystyrene was studied by using magnesium oxychloride cement as the main flame retardant. And immersed in the gap of polystyrene foam board by vacuum impregnation to form a new, low cost, high performance flame retardant grade polystyrene foam board. The results show that when the concentration of n(MgO):n(MgCl_2·6H_2O) is 7:1 in the magnesium oxychloride cement, the polystyrene foam board is made of polystyrene foam board. The results show that the flame retardancy and the tensile strength and the density of the polystyrene foam LOI values of up to 30.9%, density and tensile strength were 0.07491g/cm^3 and 0.0552 MPa.
