摘要
铝电解生产过程需要大量的高质量预焙阳极产品,而铝用预焙阳极主要是通过焙烧炉对破碎、磨粉、混捏后的煅后石油焦与煤沥青进行焙烧加工而成。在预焙阳极焙烧过程中,如果能对焙烧炉结构及燃烧控制技术进行优化,就能在很大程度上减少烟气带走的热量,提高热能利用率,使原材料充分焙烧,提高预焙阳极产品质量,进一步增强节能减排的效果。
