摘要
零件加工精度是机械产品质量的重要影响因素,一定程度上取决于机械的加工工艺,如更改毛坯等。一般来讲,机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的影响表现在内在和外在两个方面。其中,内在因素包括工艺系统的几何精度,外在因素包括工艺系统的受力变形、热变形和残余应力。笔者结合实践经验,浅析机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的影响。
Part machining accuracy is an important factor in the quality of mechanical products, to a certain extent, depends on the mechanical processing technology, such as changing blanks and so on. In general, the impact of mechanical processing on the accuracy of parts processing performance in the internal and external aspects. Among them, the intrinsic factors include the geometric precision of the process system, external factors include the process of the system of deformation, thermal deformation and residual stress. The author combined with practical experience, analysis of mechanical processing technology on the accuracy of parts processing.
