摘要 N-12890-3型改进式凝汽器产品采用Q235B-316L-Ⅰ复合管板设计,碳钢侧与凝汽器壳体相接,不锈钢侧与水室法兰相连接,复合管板结构在提高产品性能的同时,大大节约了成本。本产品13块中间管板的穿管开工位置设置了抬高量,使冷却管以0.255°的角度倾斜,提高了冷凝效率。水室采用弧形半球形设计,具有水流均匀,不易产生涡流,冷却水管充水合理,有良好换热效果。凝汽器上下部内设置了涡流破坏器,防止涡流的产生,提高了冷却水管的冲水性和换热效率。 Vacuum exhaust system to work properly, will leak into the condenser gas constantly out; circulating cooling water system to work properly, to ensure that the steam into the condenser can be condensed into condensate in time, greatly reduce the volume(in 0.00477 Mpa Under the conditions of the unit mass of steam and water volume ratio of about 2800), both the water recovery, but also to ensure that the exhaust part of the high vacuum.
