马尾松的染色体研究Ⅰ

STUDIES ON THE CHROMOSOMES OF MASSON'S PINE

为了探讨马尾松种内变异的细胞学基础,本文研究了六个地方种群马尾松的染色体,结果如下: 马尾松的核型公式2n=20m+4sm,按Stebbins的核型分类均属“1A”型,各地方种群问染色体组的平均臂宽有显著差异(F=8.882),各种群间次缢痕分布的位置及频率亦不同。用多变量分析对6个地方种群马尾松的染色体特征作了相似性的比较。

In order to research the base of cytology in the intraspecific variation of Masson's pine, the chromosomes of Masson's pine from 6 different provenances have been studied in this paper. The results as follows:The model of karyotypes of Masson's pine is 2n=20m+4sm. They are "IA" type according to the mode of Stebbins's karyotype classification. There are differentiae of signiificance on the average armbroad between every population chromosome complement. (F=8.882^(**)) There are also differentiation in the position and frequency of distribution of the secondary constriction.Miltivanriate analysis is used to compare their similarities for the chromosome characters of Masson's pine from 6 place populations.
