1985年在花溪区五个农村住户调查点,对50户农民家庭经济收支进行调查,看出花溪区农村自党的十一届三中全会以来,农业生产迅速发展,农民生活得到显著改善,实行联产承包责任制给农民带来了实惠。

We made an investigation of revenue and expendetune on five village's point in cluding 50 households peasant's family economy which belong's to the Hua xi statistic Bureau in 1984. The investigation results of these households ase as follows:1.The average net income of each person has greatly increased, peasants family of the investigated households.2.The peasants lives have Changed greatly The peasants own more durable articles than ever before.3.Total expenditure to increase of the investigated households fixed capital has been hexpended. The capacity of enlargement and reproduction is stronger.4.New houses haue been built and the housing conditions of the peasants has been greatly improved.5.The grain outpnt is higher and store of grain is richer.From the statements mentioned above we can come to a conclusion that sincethe third plenary session of the 11 th central committee of the communist party of china, especially under the guidance of the party policies which make peasants rich, agricultural production has deueloped rapidly; The peasant's livmg standerd has been increased; output-related system of contracted responsibilities has brought The peasants substantial benefits. All this proves that the party policies in the countryside as quitl corrects.
